How to Reserve Your Exhibit Space
Booking your booth is easy! Follow the steps below to reserve your place at the inaugural World of Curiosities Expo.
Step 1 — Determine Your Space Requirements
Consider the size of your display, products, or collection and decide how much space you'll need. Most exhibitors choose a standard 10' × 10' booth, but larger spaces may also be available.
Step 2 — Browse the Interactive Floorplan
View our live floorplan to see available locations and choose your preferred booth.
Helpful Tip:
- 🩶 Grey booths are available.
- 🤎 Brown booths are already reserved and display the exhibitor's name.
We recommend noting your top three booth choices before beginning the reservation process.
Step 3 — Reserve Your Booth
Once you've chosen your preferred booth:
- While still on the floorplan, click directly on the booth you'd like to reserve.
- On the pop up menu on the left, review the booking instructions and scroll all the way down the instructions until you see a blue "Buy" button. Click on that button to start the process.
- Complete the online booking process.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booth reservation.
Step 4 — Save Your Auto Login Link
At the end of your booking, you'll receive a unique Auto Login Link.
Be sure to save this link! You'll use it to:
- Upload your company logo
- Add your business description
- Include your website and social media links
- Select your product categories
- Keep your exhibitor profile up to date on our live interactive exhibitor list and floorplan
- Can't find your Auto Login Link? Email us to request it.
